Indigenous partnership

Our company slogan is "Our Customers, Our People, Our Future - Together". 

This encompasses everyone prospering together, for years to come. 

We work with our partners to support job growth within the nation, provide

economic diversity, and sustainability. 

Over the past years we have proudly maintained an indigenous workforce of at 

least 25% in a wide variety of positions including labor, painters, abrasive blasters, 

supervisors, quality control, and manager roles. As the company continues to grow, 

more of these positions will be needed giving us the capacity to employ more 

indigenous workforce.
